This one's an unpacking of my nBOME damage. The self-titled track is my opening up about the incident which put me in a coma for over a week and changed my life. I continued to be a dumbass, however...

This album is over a year in the making. I started making music about 2 years ago or so now, and I can't believe how far I've come. I've been writing poetry for a while longer than that, so I consider this, as my first rap album (i.e. with lyrics), to be more of a manifestation of that.

I got a lot going on in my life, trying to get into PhD programs for political science and figure out where I fit in in this god forsaken country like every other black person here. I done had a hellish life that most of y'all could either not even fathom or completely relate to. But so has every damned body I guess. So for those of you with empathy and those of you who can relate to pain this deep, this one's for you.
